Guest talk on Johari Window

The Department of Management, BBDITM, organized a Guest Lecture on the topic “JOHARI WINDOW” An Effective Model for Improving Interpersonal Communication and Managerial Effectiveness.” on 22nd April 2024. The event was conducted through online platform , with enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members . The Resource Person was Dr. Sundram Priyadarshnie, Professor at Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, Delhi. The session was very insightful and students had a great  learning from the session.
