Originality: Ensure that your paper presents original research that has not been previously published or is not currently under review elsewhere. Properly attribute and cite any prior work or sources you use. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their submissions and compliance with the plagiarism limit.
Relevance: Align your paper with the conference's scope and theme. Ensure that your research is relevant to the field covered by the conference and contributes meaningfully to the existing body of knowledge.
Clarity and Organization: Clearly articulate your ideas and findings. Organize your paper logically, including sections such as introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion. Use headings and subheadings to enhance readability.
Language and Grammar: Write in clear, concise language, ensuring grammatical accuracy. Use appropriate technical terminology and define any specialized terms or acronyms used.
Figures and Tables: Use figures, graphs, and tables to support and enhance the understanding of your research findings. Ensure that all visuals are clear, properly labeled, and referenced appropriately within the text.
Citations and References: Cite relevant works accurately and provide a comprehensive list of references at the end of your paper. Follow APA citation style guidelines for consistency and proper attribution.
Results and Analysis: Present your research results transparently. Provide appropriate statistical analysis and interpretation of your findings, and discuss the significance and implications of your results.
Ethical Considerations: Adhere to ethical standards in conducting and reporting your research. Ensure that experiments involving human subjects or sensitive data comply with ethical guidelines and have appropriate approvals.
Peer Review: Be prepared for a peer review process, where experts in your field will review your paper. Address any reviewer comments or suggestions constructively and revise your paper thoroughly as needed.
Submission Deadline: Submit your paper before the specified deadline. Late submissions are typically not accepted.
Presentation: If your paper is accepted, prepare a clear and engaging presentation for the conference. Practice your presentation beforehand to effectively communicate your research.
Plagiarism Policy: Submissions with plagiarized content exceeding the permissible limit of 10% may be rejected by the publisher. Authors whose submissions are rejected by the publisher due to plagiarism will not receive a refund, and no further communication or appeals regarding plagiarism-related rejections will be entertained. This policy reinforces our commitment to academic integrity and ethical standards.
