Paper Presentation and Publication Terms and Conditions 

1. Manuscript Format and Extra Pages: The final manuscript must comply with Taylor & Francis formatting guidelines, as detailed on the conference website. Manuscripts exceeding 5 pages will incur an additional charge of Rs. 1000 or USD 50 per extra page.
2. Plagiarism and Rejection: Manuscripts with plagiarism exceeding the permissible limit of 10%  will be rejected at the final camera-ready submission stage. Authors whose manuscripts are rejected due to plagiarism at this stage will not be entitled to a refund. No further communication or appeals regarding plagiarism-related rejections will be entertained. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and adherence to the plagiarism limit. This policy underscores our commitment to maintaining academic integrity and ethical standards.
3. Registration Fee and Requirements: The registration fee is determined based on the category of the first author. Students must provide valid proof of their status during registration. Author registration is required for inclusion of the paper in the conference program and proceedings; attendee registration does not qualify for paper publication. All registration fees are non-refundable.
4. Presentation Acceptance and Publication Criteria: Papers are accepted solely for presentation at the conference. Acceptance for presentation, communicated via email, is based on reviewer feedback and internal criteria, including but not limited to novelty and relevance to the audience. Receipt of an acceptance email from the conference does not imply a guarantee of publication. The acceptance email pertains only to the presentation at the conference. For publication, the manuscript must:
1. Comply with the publisher's guidelines.
2. Adhere to the manuscript format requirements specified on the conference website (e.g., Word format).
3. Show less than 10% similarity in the plagiarism report (verified through Turnitin or iThenticate, with zero excluded words).
4. Be registered in accordance with conference guidelines, including full payment of the registration fee and any additional page charges.
5. Be successfully presented at the conference.

The conference organizers and institute disclaim any responsibility for the publication and Scopus indexing of manuscripts. Decisions regarding publication and indexing are governed solely by the publisher and Scopus's internal guidelines, and are beyond the control of the conference organizers and institute.

1. No Modifications or Refunds: The conference organizers and institute cannot influence the publisher’s decision regarding the manuscript. Consequently, no modifications to the manuscript can be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued for the conference registration fee in the event of non-publication or non-indexing.
2. Conference Presentation Certificate: The validity of the conference presentation certificate remains unaffected by decisions regarding manuscript publication or indexing.
